May 2 ,2017- At approximately 1030 hours Engine Company 73 was alerted on the working fire dispatch in the 1700 block of Avalon Place in Company 34's first due. First arriving units found fire conditions upon arrival with the report of people trapped. Engine Company 73 arrived on scene and placed a hand line in service in the basement division. Engine Company 73 operated for approximately an hour before returning to service.
