On Wednesday December 17, 2014 the dedicated volunteers that were staffing the station not only were there to answer calls for emergency service, but to also assist the Town of Riverdale Park with delivering food to those who might not have a Christmas dinner otherwise. Every year the members work with the Town of Riverdale Park and deliver food baskets. The people we delivered them to were very gracious to us and the town. We are always willing to help give some joy to the citizens of the town.
