| Engine 72 and the Chief go to a Fire in Bedrock |

At 2203hrs PSC received calls reporting a house on fire Green Hill Rd in company 35's first due. Engine 72 and Chief 7 responded with 7 personnel and once they arrived on the scene they advanced a line to the basement on side Charlie per command. The crew checked the basement for fire, performed a rapid search, and controlled the utilities. A quick knock was made on the small fire and command scaled back the assignment in about 30 minutes. Engine 72 returned to service 45 minutes after dispatch.
