Friday evening just before 1800hrs PSC dispatched the assignment for a reported house on fire in the 3400blk of 40th Ave in company 55's area. Engine 73, Chief 7, Chief 7A as Battalion Chief 884, and Chief 7B with a total of 10 personnel. While en route PSC corrected the address to the 3400blk of 40th Pl. Units arrived on the scene with fire showing from a 1.5 story single family dwelling. Company 7 units arrived on the scene and advanced a back up line to Division 1. Chief 7 was assigned Division 2, Chief 7A was assigned as Operations, and Chief 7B was assigned side Charlie. All units worked together and made quick work of the fire. With the fire being under control and searches negative command scaled back the assignment to the first 2 engines and all three special services. Company 7 returned to service at 1907hrs.
