This week the cab completed the cab line (windows and lightbars installed , etc.) and the pump housing finished the paint process. Both were then merged with the engine/chassis assembly.

The body has completed the paint process and will be moving to the "body line".  Next week the body should complete the "body line" where harnessing and trim are added.  Then, along with the water tank, the body should be merged with the chassis on the main assembly line.

Members of the department will be visiting the Pierce plant at the end of next week and will be able to provide a hands-on update of the progress.  Stay Tuned!!!
