The officers and members of the department are proud to welcome Fire Chief Charles "Chuck" Ryan, III on his return to full active duty.  He was cleared by the District of Columbia Fire and EMS Department to return to work at Rescue Squad 3 on Wednesday, November 9, 2011.  We congratulate Chuck on his speedy recovery and return.  We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Kathy, T.J., and Shelby, who were integral in supporting Chuck's road to recovery.
